Our Story

Growth Needs the Right Financing

Every business needs the right financing to grow, transform and scale. Recognising that strong financial literacy and sound financial fundamentals are key to accessing funding, the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) launched CEFA on 18 May 2026 as a dedicated financing advisory hub to help enterprises strengthen their financing readiness and unlock growth opportunities.

CEFA supports enterprises through two key pillars: Advisory & Facilitation, which helps businesses identify suitable financing options and connect with financing partners, and Capability Building, which equips enterprises with practical tools, resources and training to strengthen financial management and make informed financing decisions. Together, these services help enterprises build a stronger foundation for sustainable growth.
